In 2023 I worked as a paginator for Jeff Linville, who was writing a biographical work for Rick Lynch, son of Jimmy Lynch. Jimmy Lynch was the founder of his own construction company "J.R. Lynch & Sons" in Pilot Mountain, NC. While having many of his stories told first hand to Jeff, unfortunately Jimmy Lynch passed away before the final version was completed for publication.

As an effort to assist dealers whom need a refresher, or are completely new to the industry even while I am not available in the office, I created the Custom Built Structures "Pocket Dealer Guide".
Currently only available digitally, however concept was designed to be small enough to carry in a dealers back pocket or in a purse and measured approximately 5.5 inches wide by 8.5 inches tall.
